Serving as the leader of Outworks' Technology
Services division, Rod brings over 19 years experience and an extensive
background in financial institution IT management and planning.
Prior to joining Outworks, Rod served as the CTO for the United
States Senate FCU where he managed all network, telecommunications,
system development and maintenance, and IT center and facilities
operations. Before USSFCU, Rod was the Data Processing Officer responsible
for project management and coordination for a community bank.

Crystal served as the COO for credit unions such as Justice Federal

experience in managing multiple functions, implementing programs
and achieving operational results.
